Classes are a fun way to get in shape while having someone help and show you the way. Our classes are included in the price of your membership or there are pay as you go options.
We are a local provider of SilverSneakers® classes (T/TH 9am)

Classes are inluded in the membership fees! Or there is a pay by class option available.
SilverSneakers® Classic
Move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase strength and range of motion. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for support.
